Position Overview
This job description for the RN Lead position of Corporate ThrIVe Drip Spa locations provides criteria for evaluation of the individual working in the RN Lead position. This position supports the Nursing Director in overseeing the operations and luxury client experience.
Heights Store opening in late May to early June but need to hire and have trained before opening - start date ETA to be Mid April - May
Hourly at $42/hr
5 hours of admin work paid at $47/hr
Weekends pay @ $47/hr
1.5 x after 40 hours
3 shifts per week plus cover
Position Responsibilities
1. Execute and supports the mission, vision, values, and goals of ThrIVe Drip Spa.
2. Supervise and orient new nursing staff. Thoroughly complete proper training documentation and communicate with Nursing Director about performance.
3. Display positive customer service behaviors. Promotes and exemplifies client safety.
4. Acts as clinical and operational resource for staff on shift.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, protocols, and standing orders in conjunction with the Nursing Director that guides and supports the provision of client services.
6. Oversee the observation and nursing interpretation of client lab results, obtain formal Medical Director approval, and follow through to ensure all required documentation is uploaded into Meevo.
7. Obtain and accurately record details and information related to client vital signs, client medical history, medications, and current health conditions.
8. Participate in 100% of monthly All Things Nursing calls annually (unless on PTO or predetermined/communicated with Nursing Director).
9. Accurately perform and document monthly inventory within appropriate timeframe. Responsible for ordering supplies at appropriate intervals to ensure all are readily available, not expired, and/or beyond their use date.
10. Is an exemplary steward of resources, contributing to a positive financial impact for ThrIVe Drip Spa.
11. Effectively and respectfully communicates with all ThrIVe Drip Spa employees and peers. Appropriately utilize and activate Chain of Command when necessary.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Registered Nurse with fully unencumbered nursing license.
· Five years' experience (preferred) and BSN degree (preferred) from an accredited college of university.
· BLS required | ACLS (preferred)

· Must have strong understanding and demonstrate exceptional IV administration skills, high level of professionalism, excellent communication and organizational skills, and compassionate qualities.
