Essential Job Functions

• Lead and execute the company’s full-cycle hiring process to attract and hire the human capital needed to grow the company and satisfy our customer’s needs.
• Maintain an industry-leading low turnover rate through the execution of our hiring process.
• Enforce the company’s recruiting policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruiters in the department with training as needed, weekly huddles, performance incentives and disciplinary action.
• Manage and take ownership of the company position roster.
• Revise and update documents and policy and procedures as needed.
• Manage the job ads and budget.
• Participate in weekly touch-point meeting.
• Use reports and statistics to have a deep understanding of our hiring numbers and failures to speak to departmental improvement for events, site launches, and difficult to hire positions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent experience in a related field is prefered.
• Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with application tracking systems and HRIS.
• Possess well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results oriented, self-started, highly motivated.
• High attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Non-smoking work environment.
