Job Description

In this role, the successful candidate will Support, Manage day to day operation required by the Organization on Kofax related technologies
Hands on Kofax TotalAgility, KTM, Capture, Analytics, and Kapok
Implements new functionality for departments not currently utilizing Kofax.
Adds new standard form types and able to test any modifications needed from IT.
Creates and maintains the Benchmark feature in KTM
Serves as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned functional business areas for routine application configuration improvement projects.
Resolves complex software application issues escalated by users
Ensures that accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users and that end user support needs are met with a consistently high quality of service.
Engages appropriate IT and business resources to add, enhance, or change scripts in KTA.
Identifies and recommends system efficiency updates or modifications to reduce user issues.
Fully documents each issue and resolution using the incident tracking system.
Apprises team, peers, and management of any additional support issues in a clear and timely manner.
Documents processes and procedures for training Operations leadership team and end users.
Active participation in the operations, support and maintenance of all aspects of imaging or scanning practice
Maintain proper requirements and defect process and procedures for the network environment
Management of the KOFAX workstations and scanners capacity
Development of batch classes and delivery utilities a MUST
Monitoring of scanning workflow and identify bottlenecks
Monitoring of batch classes and support failed batches
Coordinate efforts with support on issues
Manage local data distribution with Enterprise operations
Coordination of patches / upgrades for software / hardware as required
Perform required scanner maintenance
Coordinate Scanner support with vendor
Standard imaging reports for division
Communicate in writing weekly status of environment
Manage of KOFAX services,(PDF, Release, OCR) and recommend changes
Manage disk space requirements and scanning policy retention
Maintain local required local imaging supplies
Coordinate with Enterprise development team all upgrades
Coordinate with Enterprise development team on all hardware and software modifications.
Exposure to support process.
Management consulting experience
Experience on Mainframes, MQ series, Java, J2EE, Unix Scripting.
Familiarity with supporting J2EE applications that use WebSphere and Apache Webserver.
Providing a support in RPA platform set-up, Sizing, Infrastructure recommendation, Software installation and Configuration
Robot Performance Monitoring in Control Room, Provision and scheduling of bots, connect with IT team and business team to liaison and rectify any issues with RPA platform
Work Queue and Session Management, Controlling process, Scheduler, Handover from Development to Production
Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Bots and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Communicating with Kofax software related issues with Kofax Support.
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
