Compensation starting at: $50,000-$55,000 per year
Position Overview
- Analyze data on an aging report to determine the cause for a late/short payment(s) and reach out to customers for payment information/resolution in bringing account within terms.
- Check application - applying payment to customers' accounts (open invoices, credits, and adjustments).
- Opening new accounts (data entry).
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate
- Experience in applying customer payments and credits on accounts, researching & analyzing past due invoices in preparation for client collection correspondence, and general accounting.
- Skills: Communication (written, verbal, and listening), organization, planning, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management.
- Ability to work independently as a part of a bigger team.
- Ability to be detail oriented, displaying a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
