JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an excellent starting and entry level position for all High School and College students looking for their first job while also attending school to pursue their studies.

Jump Guards maintain safety for customers by overseeing the entire area and enforcing facility policies. Jump Guards must always be aware of their surroundings to ensure a high level of customer service. This manual explains what is expected from Jump Guards and details the daily operational tasks.

MAJOR TASKS

• Supervise the activity on all the courts and attractions at any given time.

• Identify possible dangerous situations and react accordingly to eliminate danger and potential injuries.

• Clean and maintain the facility.

• May be cross trained to work the front counter.

• Other duties as assigned

DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Always pay attention to the jumpers in designated area or court.

• If customers goes into a court or an attraction that is unattended, you must follow and monitor them
• Guards must spread out to monitor the court area.

• Always ensure customer safety by coaching customers on court rules.
