Trellis, Inc. is actively hiring full-time Job Coaches for its team in the Northern Clackamas County area (Happy Valley, Clackamas, Oregon City, Lake Oswego).

As a Job Coach, you will support a variety of adult clients with developmental disabilities at their job site as needed to assist them in meeting their employer expectations, building confidence, and advancing their careers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Clients at their jobs and in meeting employer needs and expectations
• Initiate conversations to encourage clients to build confidence and advance their careers
• Safely transport clients in the community and to their job
• Show respect and patience and treat each client as a unique individual
• Complete all documentation, invoices, and expense reporting in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• CPR and first aid OIS, preferred but will assist with getting if required
