US Wealth Management (~$400B in AUS) offers a wide variety of investment products and services through J.P. Morgan's advisors across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and J.P. Morgan Securities as well as Digital Wealth Management and self-directed platforms. It spans across ~4,000 Advisors that work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices.
The business is highly dynamic given the rapid evolution of client behavior, presenting challenges in how we evolve to meet client needs as well as opportunities to serve our clients more efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Client Service Manager , you will support the market and serve as a liaison between Advisors and Private Client Investment Associates, driving the execution of key strategies and tactics that focus on growth and a world class client experience. In this role, you will collaborate with key partners across the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management businesses and One Chase partnerships. This role requires flexibility, and the ability to work in an environment operating at a rapid pace.

Job responsibilities

  • You will partner with leadership in the coordination, implementation and messaging of key business initiatives to Private Client Investment Associates

  • Support Private Client Investment Associate performance and development through onboarding and training, and periodic in field workshops to improve Private Client Investment Associate effectiveness and expertise

  • Identify opportunities to develop and deliver best practices to meet and exceed our client expectations and creating a client obsession culture within the team

  • Provide field feedback to practice management on key initiatives

  • Review and approve time and attendance records for Private Client Investment Associates

  • Assist with resolution of various technology issues

  • Maintain and update Independent Advisor coverage report

  • Serve as liaison and manage relationships between Private Client Investment Associates, Advisors, and Market Directors - Wealth

  • Maintain and track revenue share agreements for Private Client Investment Associates

  • Strengthen relationships with internal business partners including One Chase partners and branch leadership

  • Focus on the employee experience, help define and drive an inclusive culture within the organization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3-5 years proven experience leading teams and coaching in a client-focused environment

  • Series 7, 66, 9 & 10, Life and Health Insurance

  • Innovative thinker able to drive future engagement with clients to provide an exceptional experience

  • Creates a climate in which people want to do their best; motivated and empowers others by inviting input from each person and sharing ownership and visibility

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and with other One Chase partners i.e. Consumer Banking & Business Banking

  • Strong communication skills, highly professional, attention to detail and excellent follow-through

  • High degree of Wealth and / or investment product and technology acumen

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
