First & Second Level, IT Help Desk Support – Miami, FL

FinTrust Connect has partnered with an international bank that is looking for an IT Help Desk Support to assist in first and second level support. This person will help service any IT activities and escalating them to the technician if need be. Prior experience with IT Support and able to work independently is necessary for this position. This is not a third level (Engineer) position.

Workplace (Remote, On-site, Hybrid): Hybrid in Miami, FL.

Function: Provide first and second level support; troubleshooting, password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support when needed, software installations, and hardware repair.

Job type: Contract to hire

Requirements:

· At least one (1) year experience in providing first and second level IT support.

· At least one (1) year experience supporting Linux, backup and recovery software’s, etc.

· Self-motivated, Independent

· Bilingual (Spanish – Verbal & Written)

Description:

· Provide first and second level support to any of the following IT related activities.

· Exposure to supporting Linux, backup and recovery software’s, Cronos

· Talk to the engineers for the firewall to be able to talk to the engineers, many times it’s the end user problem, support on the infrastructure,

· Assist in any password, application, and printing issues.

· Trouble shoot on the networking side, TCPIP, Firewalls, Switches, etc.

· End user support, windows client, windows server 2016, 2019, not a third level support (Engineer)

Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
