As an IT Help Desk Technician, you’ll support our promise to deliver exceptional service to our restaurant and hospitality customers.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and/or Sunday-Thursday (Sunday will be remote 11am-6pm and Monday-Thursday will be 8:30am-5:00pm).
Job Description:
- Manage Help Desk tickets.
- Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat.
- Provide customer assistance.
- Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues.
- Escalate unfamiliar issues to the appropriate IT person.
- Learn about our industry specific software and unfamiliar issues.
- Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of Office 365 primarily (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment.
- Available to be on call rotation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented in order to keep relevant notes on tickets.
- Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
