Job description
We are seeking a Network Operations Technician for a 12+ month contract to hire role onsite in Tempe, AZ
Responsibilities:
Provide Level II/III technical support to resolve network issues
Work with LEC's to ensure services are active and restored
Assist with customer calls during outage situations. Update customers as to status
Requirements:
CCNA or work experience equivalent in technical network experience
3+ years of technical customer support experience
Experience in DS0/DS1 circuits
Experience in Firewalls - Juniper preferred
Strong experience in TCP/IP, routing protocols and IP addressing.
We are unable to sponsor a visa at this time. No H1b, H4, OPT EAD. Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.
