Position Summary:

Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to supervision and management. Maintains and verifies records and files. Completes assigned reports, responds to internal and external customers. Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to learn and apply new software and systems

  • Operate office equipment including PC, copier, fax, scanner
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Desired Previous Job Experience

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Additional training in computer products and hardware
  • Work experience in a distribution, manufacturing environment

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities include:

  • Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances.
  • Count and research and correct any variances in inventory.
  • Teamwork, in order to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner .

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of warehouse and/or inventory experience
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Project management, adhering to deadlines and prioritization of multiple projects at a time
  • Organization, professionalism and ability to influence key stake holders in different departments
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
  • Collaboration with multiple teams and departments, communication skills

Position Details:
Base pay range $16.60 to $22.83. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
