Overview:

The International Sales Coordinator is often the first line of communication with distribution partner and internal team.

This position interfaces with several departments and is instrumental in keeping Cross Functional Teams informed. Requires exposure to CEO and President.


Primary Job Functions

Assist with New Product Launches

  • Complete the following for each our distributor and retailers for all new product launches:
    • Setup forms (i.e., Sephora, Douglas, NIF)
    • Retail assortments
    • Order forms
    • Product comps
    • Product Fact Sheets
    • Product copy

Department Coordination

  • Submit warehouse request forms (FOC) , share latest update and tracking with accounts and team
  • Chase retailers and/or distributors with their shipment pick up as needed.
  • Track and monitor newness order vs. forecast and provide feedback to team.
  • Compile on weekly basis sku cuts and alert team.
  • Maintain International store count list and contact directory.
  • Create internal and external presentation decks, business summaries and reports as needed.
  • Assist with creating monthly order form (review discontinue, newness, samples sku)
  • Compile on monthly basis distributor monthly meeting recap.
  • Compile international buy sheet.
  • Execute additional task and projects on an ad hoc basis as needed.

  • Organized and possess a high level of administrative ability.
  • Strong ability to follow up and maintain timelines.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once with great attention to detail and strong accuracy skills.
  • Must be diplomatic in handling sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment while also accomplishing individual projects.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills


Additional Valuable Attributes

  • Previous Beauty Industry experience preferred.
  • Interest in international business/foreign cultures and markets
  • Flexibility with work hours to meet the demand of international business.
  • Must have open availability to start right away


Education/Experience Requirement

  • College degree relating to Sales or Marketing a strong plus
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google applications (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • Hybrid, in office 1-2x per week


Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $22.00 - $24.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
