Working in collaboration with our people and marketing teams, this position is responsible for developing internal communications using a variety of mediums to help attract, retain and engage our employees. This position will ensure a consistent and positive employer brand internally and activities will range from welcoming new hires to coordinating and moderating All-Company Meetings.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate on the development of yearly internal communication goals ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and priorities
  • Drive content creation and facilitation of company all-hands meetings and functional town hall meetings
  • Write/design newsletters to ensure employees and potential employees in all locations are aware of key Digital Turbine news/events
  • Reinforce employer branding messages
  • Develop communication packages to support the rollout of key HR programs (annual enrollment, the annual review process, wellness program, DE&I to ensure consistent messaging to all employees
  • Ensure all communications comply with Digital Turbine brand standards/guidelines
  • Partner with HR management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, and other governmental regulations
  • Be an active participant in change management initiatives and help ensure the appropriate audiences are informed
  • Partner with Marketing and Integration teams to on-board new hires
  • Report on the effectiveness of employee communications campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Facilitate and provide training, including participating in new employee orientation
  • Assists in the planning and execution of culture programs and events
  • Utilize skills and talents to perform other tasks as assigned

  • Communicate clearly in a variety of mediums (written, verbal, social media)
  • Develop strong working relationships cross-functionally and with internal stakeholders
  • Complete work with meticulous attention to detail
  • Meet deadlines to complete projects and tasks on time
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet changing stakeholder priorities and expectations
  • Proactively identify what needs to be done and take action before being asked
  • Listen to understand and provide fresh perspectives and creativity to projects
