Job description
An insurance company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 1 Saturday per month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Quote, take payments, and policy changes.
- Provide answers to questions i.e.: products, pricing, and availability.
- Process new applicant and enter data.
- Must be able to speak English; Ukrainian/Russian Language is a huge plus.
- Must have previous Insurance history; P&C License is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Must have strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Must have License or be willing to get it.
