Amazing Working Hours:
1st Shift - M-Th: 6:00AM - 3:00PM - Friday: 6:00AM-10:00AM
2nd Shift - M-Th - 3:00pm to 12:00am Friday - 12Noon - 4:00 PM
3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday - 10:00pm - 6:00AM
At this time, we are primarily hiring for 2nd shift.
The Instrument & Electrical Technician will maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in a manufacturing environment. The technician will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and repairing electrical and electronic equipment, such as control systems, instruments, and motors, while also ensuring that the equipment is in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Ensure equipment is in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in the field
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and components
- Experience with the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus
- A degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field is a plus
