We’re looking for a gutter installer to join our team. In this role, you will operate the equipment, assemble the components, and install gutters for our residential and commercial clients. We primarily install various profiles of seamless gutters, gutter guards, and specialty gutters. You will also have the opportunity to construct screen rooms which is where we take an existing porch and screen it in. We are a performance-based company that focuses on delivering defined career paths to individuals with goals and aspirations and we fully invest in our workers. Requirements

• Positive attitude
• Work well in a team environment
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass a drug test (zero tolerance)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons and work off of a ladder at heights up to 38’
• Adhere to all safety SOP’s outlined by Colonial Gutter Solutions Safety Programs
• Interest in growing with the company
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus! (but not required)

Responsibilities for installer

• Able to lift 50lbs unassisted to load and unload various products
• Climb, stoop, kneel, and stand to perform daily work for long periods of time.
• Work with power tools including but not limited to impact drill, snips, miter saw, etc.
• Set up properly and work for extended periods of time on a ladder.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Arrive to work on time.
• Look for ways to be more efficient.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
