Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments with large data sets to determine effectiveness of ad campaigns

• Wrangle diverse datasets for quantitative research including internal company data, vendor data and survey data

• Write, program, field, clean, analyze and report on surveys

• Utilize secondary research sources to pull out key insights, market trends, industry shifts and economic data points to help build recommendations of client proposals

• Make recommendations for business strategies and future ad campaigns based on your research

• Create reports and client deliverables based on primary and secondary research

• Be a resource for other teams as domain expert in secondary web-based data sources

• Lead coordinating and executing research and analytics projects from proposal stage to client deliverable

• Manage communication to multiple external and internal stakeholders

• Serve as the point of contact to multiple external and internal stakeholders including tracking projects and providing updates on costs, status and results

• Work independently as the key day-to-day resource for client service

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in market research, data analytics, data science, marketing analytics or consulting

• Educational background in a human-centric field such as Marketing, Economics, Business, Sociology, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Psychology

• Professional or educational experience conducting secondary research in human behaviors, economic trends, market research and industry shifts

• Professional or educational experience conducting primary quantitative research including writing, programming, fielding and analyzing surveys

• Professional or educational experience conducting and reporting on experiments including A/B testing and multivariate testing

• Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides

• Experience using SQL to pull datasets

• Some exposure and experience with statistical scripting languages like R and Python to analyze large and diverse data sets

• Demonstrated ability to tell stories with data utilizing data visualization principles

• Demonstrated ability to synthetize complex concepts in a clear fashion and summarize findings in a concise manner

• Keen attention to detail, especially in deliverables such as client reports

• Professional presentation skills, including presenting works to clients clearly, persuasively and passionately

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, marketing terminology and social media platforms

• Ability to understand client objectives as well as the big picture and interpret research findings to inform decision making

• Analytical, creative, intuitively curious with a passion for learning

• Knowledge of the video game industry is a plus

• Experience with Domo is a plus
