Role :- Industrial Engineer

End client – Pratt & Whitney

Location :- East Hartford, CT (Onsite ($90k/yr)

Duration :-FULLTIME

Practical Skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage varying priorities.

• Self-manage workload: priorities, multiple tasks, and easily adapt to changing situations.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment,

• Thorough knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques, such as Lean and Six Sigma.

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages.

Education & Experience

• BS degree in Engineering or related field required.

• Demonstrated understanding of project management and/or process improvement methodologies, preferably in the aerospace industry.

Productive interactions with factory workers

•Create and manage improvement projects

•Time study and/or process analysis experience/ Plant Layout

•Microsoft Excel + Office suite experience

•Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma experience (Green/Black belt preferred)

•Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $54,572.82 per year
