Our Impact CAREGiver position is a full-time position for people who would like 27+ hours per week! We're looking for people to serve seniors in their homes throughout Lancaster County. We provide a variety of services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. We are looking for CAREGivers to work morning, afternoon, evening or overnight shifts. We offer a range of pay between $15-20. Impact CAREGivers earn $15/hour on weekdays, $17/hour on weekends; and 3 dollars extra for serving a couple.

Duties and Responsibilities of a caregiver:
Companionship and conversation; Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation; Transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities; Medication assistance and/or reminders; Alzheimer’s Care
Caregiver Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect; Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner; Complete Background Check, DMV check and drug screen; Have an active email address and cell phone.
