QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) (Specialist) to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to support our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics – Army (PM IS&A). This is a hybrid role.

Duties:

• Plan, develop and execute program logistics activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product.
• Develop and implement logistics program activities including Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.
• Support efforts of field service personnel.
• Resolves logistics problems.
• Coordinate the input of data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities into the Life Cycle Logistics Plan (LCSP).
• Coordinate with the Capability Developer (CAPDEV) the high-level analysis of Army Authorization Objectives (AAO) and conducts analysis of System Training Plans.
• Act as a liaison at the O-6 (Colonel) PM level and above.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Core Logistics Analysis/Core Depot Analysis (CLA/CDA) process.
• Experience with authoring a Life Cycle Logistics Plan (LCSP).
• Experience/knowledge with Transition to Sustainment (T2S) activities.
• Direct experience in planning, developing and executing logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product.
• Experience developing and implementing logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.
• Experience coordinating efforts of field service personnel; resolving logistics problems; and compiling data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
• Experience providing programmatic oversight for support to training exercises and other external events.
• Direct experience acting as a liaison at the O-6 PM level and above.

Required Clearance:

• ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/SCI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration/Management or Technical.
• A minimum of twelve (12) years’ related work experience is required.
• Sixteen (16) years logistics experience or a certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate with twelve (12) years additional related experience may be substituted for education.

Travel:

Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

Work Environment:

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
