Job Summary and Qualifications

The HVAC Technician will repair heating/air condition equipment specifically:

• You will perform assigned area sweeps
• Assist with repairs on refrigeration equipment
• Perform water treatment on cooling towers and loops
• You will perform PMI’s on HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as boilers and steam systems
• Perform filter operations checks and replacements
• Perform water treatment on feed water and loops to boiler and steam systems

• Oversee the hospital plant operation with engineering manager

What qualifications you will need:

• Trade School graduate.
• 1-2 years on the job training is preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience required as a HVAC mechanic with boiler technician.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment or Military Service preferred
