We are seeking a talented individual to take on a pivotal role as a key driver in our organization's success. As the HR Guru, your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing various HR functions while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the hiring process for the Modesto site, providing strategic direction and ensuring top-notch talent acquisition.
Spearhead new employee orientation and streamline onboarding activities to guarantee a seamless transition into our dynamic workplace.
Offer expert guidance on human resources policies, procedures, and programs, addressing inquiries and providing clarity to team members.
Provide insightful advice on employee relations matters, seeking appropriate resolutions and alerting the corporate office about any exceptional issues that require special attention.
Ensure comprehensive talent reviews are conducted across all operational levels, enabling effective workforce management.
Collaborate with management to implement an impactful employee relations strategy, nurturing a harmonious work environment.
Develop and maintain innovative HR programs customized for the Modesto location, fueling employee engagement and growth.
Proactively identify opportunities to minimize absenteeism and turnover, sharing recommendations for improvement with relevant stakeholders.
Assist the corporate office in successfully introducing and implementing new HR policies, procedures, and programs at the plant level.
Facilitate the seamless processing of benefits documentation, including life, health, dental, and disability insurance, vacation and sick leave, and other types of absences.
Represent the organization during personnel-related hearings and investigations, advocating for fair and equitable outcomes.
Showcase exceptional leadership by driving the implementation of corporate-wide programs, such as performance management, talent and succession planning, and career development.
Support the learning and development strategy by assessing training needs, delivering impactful sessions, ensuring compliance, and leveraging corporate training resources for maximum effectiveness.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook, with strong technical skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources leadership role, showcasing your expertise in driving HR initiatives.
Fluency in both Spanish and English, providing the ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members (strongly preferred).
Previous experience in a manufacturing/plant environment, equipping you with an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of this industry.
Well-versed in personal computer applications and various software, ensuring efficient HR operations.
Outstanding organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a talent for building strong relationships.
Thorough knowledge of wage and hourly compliance regulations in California, a must.
