We are seeking a
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR - BI-LINGUAL SPANISH to join our healthcare services team in
greater San Francisco (Gilroy,) CA!
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:00
PAY: $30+/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely processing of Accounts Payables
- Recruit for open positions by identifying candidates; schedule interviews; track and update status in our applicant tracking system, iCIMS; process background checks and drug test screenings
- Conduct new hire orientations; complete I-9 Forms, verify I-9 documentation using E-Verify web based system
- Complete new hire, termination and payroll change paperwork for all new associates
- Answer the phone and greet customers, vendor and clients and other visitors
- Open and sort mail; make photocopies; mail, scan and email documents; perform other clerical functions as needed
- Assist Spanish-speaking associates with any written or oral communication
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all business-related information
- Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office Suite and related business and communication tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounts Payable experience
- At least 2 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
