We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!


The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department.


Pay Range: $48,000 - $55,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR on projects
  • Assist with events
  • Tracking attendance and points, communicates with HR manager on attendance issues and trends.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documents
  • Assists with all on-boarding processes
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly retention/turnover reports for HR manager
  • Assists with incentives, contests and other co-worker recognition plans and programs .
  • Help maintain personnel files in compliance with any/all applicable federal, state and local regulations - including filing and updating all i9 documents
  • Coordinate and distribute all new hire benefit enrollment paperwork and activities. Assist with annual open enrollment process as needed
  • Assist with updating employee changes such as address changes, direct deposits changes, taxes, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned


Our ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in Human Resources or 2 years equivalent experience in Human Resources
