Job Summary:

Human Resource Associate to support the effective and efficient operations of the company’s human resources department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

· Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard
policies, benefits and hiring processes.

· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

· Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents
are collected and filed appropriately.

· Provides clerical support to the HR department.

· Assists in the administration of the company’s benefit plans which include but are not
limited to retirement plan, health/dental insurance, life insurance and disability
insurance.

· Conducts or assists with the new hire / on-boarding process.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS),
and similar computer applications.

Education and Experience:

· Associates degree or higher.

· Minimum 1 year of prior experience in the human resources related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $900.00 per week
