Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm(4 days between Chattanooga, TN and Tunnel Hill, GA, 1 day at home)

Salary Range: 60-75k+ depending on experience

This position is a strategic partner of the business and will make decisions based on data that will impact financial statements, culture, people and processes. Has the ability to dig-in and understand the value U.S Xpress delivers to their customers and translates that message into a value proposition to attract the best talent! What We’re Looking For:
Education
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dynamic Human Resource or Talent Management professional/leader. Experience in the transportation industry a plus.

Skills/Certifications
Must have good analytical skills and the ability to make decisions under time constraints.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
Knowledge of DOT Regulations and CSA Guidelines helpful.
PHR/SPHR preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
