General Description
Provide exceptional service to job applicants and hiring managers by responding to service requests, outbound / inbound applicant calls and written correspondences. Build rapport with each candidate and hiring manager. Actively listen to applicants’ requests and inquiries and solve them in a timely manner. Provide ‘orientation about Our People processes and policies related to Talent Acquisition. Document in detail all interactions with applicants by email and/or Success Factors. Refer some situations to Our People specialized units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support candidate pre-screening process for assigned positions, that include but are not limited to performing phone interviews, post & administer job postings, respond candidate inquiries and test coordination.
- Support and provides an exceptional service experience to internal and external candidates and hiring managers responding to phone calls, emails and others.
- Respond to internal and external candidates’ questions and general inquiries related to Human Resources systems, processes and policies.
- Support assigned recruiter with operational tasks within the hiring process, for example ID validation, register deposit accounts in SAP among others.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Psychology.
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in human resources field.
