Busy home care agency looking for a dual-role Human Resources Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist for immediate hire! This position is Full-Time, Benefited, and located in the Central Phoenix area (we are between Northern and Glendale on 16th Street). The hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Medical office experience is required. This is not a work from home position.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional communication skills, demeanor, and appearance.
  • Amazing administrative skills (fast typist, intermediate proficiency with all Microsoft Office products) are a MUST
  • Healthcare background
  • Experience with multiple phone lines is required.
  • A Bright and positive personality that can work well with others.

Duties Include:

  • Greet and direct visitors and employees
  • Appropriately answer and transfer phone calls on multiple phone line system
  • New Employee and Monthly Credentials Checks
  • Help facilitate new applicant/interview process and prepare file for interview
  • Administer tests to applicants
  • Photocopy and verify credentials such as CPR cards and Licenses
  • Prepare and maintain Signs & Flyers, Memos, meeting reminders, logs, phone lists
  • Filing
  • Assist HR as needed: Reference Checks, Prepare Interview files for hiring managers, Greet prospective employees and answer questions related to location
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, Computer Literate, 2 years' experience in medical field

  • Ability to effectively communicate and write in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Ability to represent the agency as a professional
  • Effective multi-tasking, organizational skills, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
