Screaming Eagle Lodge is seeking an energetic housekeeper who is looking to be part of a team environment. Must have a good work ethic and a positive attitude. Must be coachable and excepting of adjustments. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.

Summary: To clean all assigned areas in accordance with Screaming Eagle procedures and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Clean inside and outside areas as directed.

2. Check all fixtures in rooms to ensure proper working order.

3. Communicate and report any maintenance repairs as needed.

4. Maintain an awareness of safety as they relate to guests and associates.

5. Be knowledgeable of cleaning products, their proper uses and necessary protective equipment to perform the tasks with safety awareness in mind.

6. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

7. Provide professional, friendly service to all guests.

8. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups to other employees and guests if needed.

Other Skills and Abilities: The ability to work well both alone and with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and climb stairs; carry loads of laundry and other objects; frequent required to stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities such as close vision and color vision are required.

Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
