RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide deep cleaning services for each property
• Maintain property appearance and cleanliness
• Assist with all aspects of housekeeping of our vacation rental portfolio
• Clean vacation rental properties to assure cleanliness before guest arrival
• Follow all established techniques, procedures and policies our properties
• Document and report forgotten items during departure cleans
• Reports any hazardous conditions, missing or malfunctioning appliances
• Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties
• Responsible for collecting, cleaning and redistributing laundry
• Preform any additional housekeeping related tasks upon request

• Must be willing to work hands-on

• Must be able to work individually
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven self-starter
• Must be able to work quickly and multi-task
• Energetic, outgoing, driven, and ambitious
• Must be able to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

• Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
