A Stay Above the Rest is a short-term rental Management company that is quickly expanding in Austin and Surrounding areas. We are seeking Cleaning Professionals to assist us with filling several properties, along with upcoming properties that we manage. We have quickly become one of the leading Airbnb/VRBO management companies in Austin and the surrounding areas. We have over 50 properties that we manage and are continuing to grow. If you have an active Drivers License, Passport, or Government ID, reliable transportation, and Smartphone, and are detailed oriented with great independent skills, then we look forward to hearing from you. A Stay Above the Rest uses an app that will list all upcoming cleans along with an email once our guests book. Our check out time is 11:00 am, check in time is 4:00 pm, and we do have some same-day bookings. Our app also allows our Cleaning Professionals to create work orders to order guests supplies and report damaged items. We have a particular way of staging our properties and you will make sure that the home is cleaned to our standard and staged accordingly. Duties May Include:

• Cleaning a home after guests check out
• Communicating with the property management company regarding scheduling, needed tasks while at the home, and completion.
• Full clean includes (but is not limited to) sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, making beds, staging the home, light maintenance (changing light bulbs and other minor tasks), washing/drying laundry, etc.
• Use the app to see cleans, add work orders, and mark properties clean
• Inventory on the linens/items in the home (rarely)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
