ProTouch Cleaning is once again opening up our hiring in order to add a few members to our team!

We are a locally owned and operated cleaning company with a passion for providing excellent service to our customers. We also pride ourselves on being a flexible and compassionate workplace.

A typical day at ProTouch sees our employees arriving at our office around 8:30-8:45, we aim to pack up our cars and get to the first job of the day around 9-9:15am. From there, we typically do 1-4 jobs a day depending on availability, hours desired and difficulty of each job. We ask our full time staff to be available for work until 5, but most days we usually finish up by 3:30/4pm.

• • Pay rate is based on experience and availability!
  • Typically during the 2 week training period we pay slightly less, while new hires learn the routine. If the new hire picks up on things more quickly, then we are open to raising the pay rate sooner.
• Unlike some other cleaning companies, we work in teams of 2-3 people and have our employees clock in when they arrive and out when they leave. This means that from the time you arrive till the time you leave you are being paid your regular hourly rate.
• We currently reimburse our staff 75 cents on the mile for every mile driven while on the clock. So, not only are you paid your regular rate for time spent driving, you are also paid if you use your vehicle while on the job.
• • *** Most of our current team leaders who drive make anywhere between $18-20/hour once mileage pay is factored in!
• We offer PTO for all employees, the amount accrued is based on your availability
• We offer Holiday Pay for all employees whose regular workday falls on the holiday
• We can work with most schedules, if you have to pick up children or need specific days off, we are usually able to accommodate. This works particularly well for working parents, individuals who are in school or have another job!
• • Full time employees are typically M-F 8:30am-5pm
  • Part time employees may work 4 or less days or be off early
• We offer an Attendance Bonus program
• NO weekends, holidays or evenings!

In the name of full transparency, we do want to let potential applicants know that at this time ProTouch Cleaning does not offer health insurance. However, we're happy to help you navigate acquiring outside health insurance!
