Mobility is the goal

Manage a portfolio of accounts in an assigned territory. Promote and sell Schindler products and services to customers, focusing on achieving sales objectives. Partner with departments at a corporate level as needed to support local field offices with strategic retention campaigns and other key corporate initiatives. Quarterly travel to assigned field offices.


Mobility needs you

  • Effectively manage service accounts and work with customers to ensure that maintenance agreements meet both customer expectations and company requirements for quality, performance reliability, and passenger safety. Establish favorable client relationships. Assess, investigate, and rectify customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with local field offices to ensure customers’ needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. Remotely attend weekly office meetings, including service, repair, and accounts receivable meetings. Visit offices quarterly for collaboration and customer visits.
  • Prepare and present proposals, in accordance with company policies, to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives and comply with company Sales Absolutes. Negotiate contract terms that are favorable to Schindler Elevator.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to retain customers, grow our service portfolio, realize digital business growth, and generate repair and upgrade revenue. Sell across all Existing Installation product lines.
  • Partner with departments including Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Strategic Accounts, Legal, Service War Room, etc. to align resources and execute key corporate initiatives. These initiatives can include resign campaigns, leveraging digital resources, proactive negotiation of terms and conditions on targeted accounts, and improve the standard processes that promotes customer satisfaction.
