BSG is the premier leader in contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to medical and long term health care facilities. We are looking for a Homemaker at our West Bend facility!
The duties of our Homemaking staff are as follows;
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, bathrooms & resident living/dining areas.
- Assemble and serve small meals for the elderly
- Trash disposal, mopping & emptying wastebaskets.
- Must be trustworthy & adhere to confidentiality concerning residents' health conditions.
- Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers & other staff.
- Comply with the Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Shifts available:
6am to 2:30 pm (Or something similar to this)
Every Other Weekend
We Will Train You:
- No Experience Required
- Paid - On The Job Paid Training
Qualifications:
- Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor, and other employees.
- Flexibility & ability to adapt to changing needs each day.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Adaptability to perform a variety of duties and repetitive tasks.
- Must be prompt and adhere to scheduled hours.
