What you'll do as a Head Teller: *While managing a cash drawer, the Head Teller will be able to multitask and help other tellers with complex transactions and provide exemplary service to all members. The Head Teller will open and close memberships and/or update services for existing members, complete fraud and dispute paperwork, balance vaults, open and close the branch, among other responsibilities. The Head Teller will be able to identify opportunities to educate our members on various services, including online and phone banking options, as well as train new employees and deescalate difficult members.
Shift: The full time Head Teller will be required to be available between 8:00 am to 5:30+ PM Monday through Friday and as scheduled on Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM.
Required:
2 years of previous bank or credit union experience
1 year of supervisory experience
Great balancing record
HS Diploma or GED
Friendly customer service skills
Positive credit standing
Preferred:
Previous experience with Episys Symitar
