Job description

Grinder Job summary:

• Keep all recyclable resin ground and stored.
• Monitor and report to the Production Manager scrap and trashed resin weights.
• Work to maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Regrind
• Remove and grind all runners, scrapped parts, and purgings from all molding machines.
• Keep all regrinds separated into their grades.
• Properly label all regrind.
• Store all regrind in its proper locations.
• Report all full scrap gaylords to the warehouse supervisors.
• Properly clean grinders when needed.
• Report any chipped blades or any non-functioning grinder to shift supervisor.
• Function as backup to the warehouse
• When asked function as a warehouse assistant.

Education and Experience Required:

• No education requirement
• will train to drive a forklift
• Other Duties as Required
