The Crew Leader is responsible for the proper execution of all services and management of landscape crew. The Crew Leader acts as an onsite point of contact for clients. This position reports to Account Manager.

• U.S. resident or valid, current work visa required
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), clean driving record, and able to be insured by company insurance
• Able to pass required USDOT medical exam
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) in reading, writing, and speaking
• Experience in supervisory role
• Experience driving commercial trucks with trailers and snow plows
• Knowledgeable of landscape materials, installation and maintenance techniques, and equipment operation
• Able to read landscape plans and planting instructions and to follow directions
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, field crews, and management team
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and to operate landscape-related equipment

The Crew Leader is expected to perform at a minimum the following job duties and responsibilities.

• Manage field crew typically consisting of 3-4 other crew members during all field operation.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to crew members
  • Promote company culture and core values stressing the importance of safety, efficiency, and quality
  • Lead by example encouraging positive attitude and professionalism
  • Ensure all crew members are adhering to company policies
• Manage client and job site for each project
  • Communicate effectively with client while on job sites to receive instructions and/or answer questions
  • Elevate any onsite issues with client or crew members to Account Manager as soon as possible to allow for quick resolution
  • Complete all jobs per assigned instructions from Account Manager
• Drive commercial truck and trailer ensuring the safe transportation of field crew to job sites
• Maintain all assigned resources including vehicles, machinery, and equipment; ensure security of all equipment on job sites
• Perform other duties as assigned
