As part of the in-house T.J. Maxx Creative team, the Designer is responsible for supporting the development of innovative and strategically driven concepts and translating them into finished creative content in both the in-store and digital channels.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• 
  Support in the development of breakthrough content and design consistent with the T.J.Maxx brand strategy and in accordance with brand guidelines to drives traffic and transactions in store and online
• Support supervisors, senior designers, and copywriters to develop seasonal look and feel based on relevant fashion and cultural trends
• Work with team of creative management, designers and writers to design and evolve the brand expression across seasonal in-store signage and digital channels
• Complete creative requests received through creative briefings at a rapid pace to meet the heightened demands of an ever-growing, dynamic business
• Collaborate with project management to effectively meet project objectives, schedules, and targets
• Receive constructive, business-driven feedback and adapt messaging accordingly & in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 
  BA in Graphic Design or similar degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated proficiency (portfolio showcasing examples of relevant assets)
• 3+ years of related work experience in an in-house or agency setting
• Mastery of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Excellent typography skills
• Shown ability to work across print and digital mediums, heavy print experience a plus
• Experience with photo shoots a plus
• Intelligent thinking, strong organizational skills, and accuracy
• Passion for fashion
• Local travel required
