Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Associate

Position Summary: Jackson ImmunoResearch seeks a Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Associate to join the sales and marketing team. The position involves the generation of print and digital assets for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with commercial graphic design experience and/or a solid understanding of design software with an interest in learning aspects of digital marketing. The ability to follow a design brief and adhere to brand guidelines are essential, as are close attention to detail and personalization. This position supports marketing and advertising functions, and for the right candidate, will include scheduling and uploading adverts to social media and advertisers as needed.

Qualified candidates must be local to US headquarters based in West Grove, Pennsylvania. This is a hybrid position offering time split in office and remote. We may consider part time/ flexible working.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks set out by the marketing team in a timely manner
• Collaborate with marketing team to undertake creative projects
• Execute briefs to generate marketing assets in a variety of formats; This will include formatting long-copy to layouts suitable for print and digital channels, and regular generation of GIFs and JPEGs for advertising banners amongst others
• Adhere and apply corporate branding guidelines across output
• Schedule and upload assets to blog site, marketing app, social media and 3rd parties
• Curate stock image library and assist with image selection
• Proofread and spot-check copy

Essential Qualifications and requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in commercial graphic design
• BA or BFA in Graphic Arts or an Associate degree from an accredited Graphic Arts or equivalent
• Experienced and confident Adobe Creative Cloud user: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to follow a brief to produce high-quality output with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with initiative
• Creative and self-motivating
• Fluent in English
