NH Family Campground looking for an adventurous individual who is not afraid of a challenge. A strong positive communicative leader with the ability to coach and motivate a successful team. Experience in management and customer service is a must.
Job Description: Included but not limited to

• Works collaboratively with owners to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, protocols for the properties specific needs and wants.
• You will be responsible for managing over 200 sites-87 seasonal sites, 50+tent sites, 80 transient sites, 7 rental cabins, campground store and restaurant as well as all maintenance, ground keepers, housekeeping, activities, entertainment, golf cart rentals, and the office. Campground Manager is responsible for overseeing the campground facility in all aspects
• Perform all job duties toward the goal of ensuring the best possible guest service, while meeting or exceeding financial goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule Campground personnel in the areas of the office, activities, entertainment, store responsibilities, restaurant, grounds keeping and maintenance; working side by side with staff in these areas on a daily basis includes reporting to the owners.
• Create job descriptions as well a policy and procedure handbook along with an employee handbook.
• Motivate and provide timely feedback/evaluations to all Campground personnel and reporting to owners.
• Address guest and employee concerns.
• Schedule and monitor shift coverage based on departmental guidelines.
• Understand and support Company policies, procedures, and ensure that staff members follow policies and procedures accordingly.
• Oversee daily preparation of cashier reports and other daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Oversee the collection reports and security of monies from registration fees and sales.
• Oversee the proper ordering of operating supplies.
• Assure timely inspections and repair of campground facilities and equipment.
• Maintain daily communication shift logs.
• Assure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Effective use of computer software, sales tracking software. Experience with Astra campground software a plus

Job Type: Full-time Including all holidays weekends. Season ends November 15th
