Are you looking to provide personalized family dental care in a private practice setting?

Phillips and Jue Dental is seeking a general dentist who will endeavor to provide exceptional personal service by treating our patients like family. Our goal is to develop lasting and trusting relationships with our patients, relationships that stand the test of time. Toward accomplishing this goal, we have intentionally chosen not to be a high-volume, take-a-number assembly line dental office. You will enjoy complete autonomy and continuity of care.

Our new doctor will be a compassionate, quality-driven dentist who connects with patients and the team. Excellent communication and a positive personality are necessary to succeed.

We offer comprehensive compensation and benefits including

  • Compensation range of $150,000 to $220,000 per year
  • Base guarantee and percentage pay
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability

  • Malpractice coverage
  • CE allowance
