Front of House Manager
Job description
Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one FOH shift lead to join our strong team. We are located on 12925 El Camino Real 92130 San Diego CA. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Pay range
Guaranteed pay $19.00 /h with tips: $16.5/hrs + tips
(usually average around $22-$24/h with tips )
Responsibilities includes:
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and paper towels.
- Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Have barista Skills and know how to make cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso…
- Receive guest payments and process transactions.
- Place end of day orders on our online platforms
- Make crepes & sandwiches
- Opening and Closing
- side work before or after your shift
- delegate to your baristas
- place daily food orders
- handle customer complaints
- End of day cash report
Qualifications

*Be reliable, honest and punctual *Upsell to increase average ticket *Have a valid food handler license *Have hospitality or food service experience *Have at least one experience as shift lead

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00 - $24.00/hour.
