What we are looking for in YOU and YOUR skill set!

• Have excellent customer service, communication, phone and computer skills.
• Enjoy sales and preferably have at least one year of previous Sales Experience.
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
• Demonstrate Speaking Skills by speak loudly and clearly when communicating with patients
• Display exceptional Leadership Skills to manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Essential Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Confidently articulate the benefits of chiropractic care, as well as the key differentiators of The Joint Chiropractic, in order to gain memberships and meet sales goals.
• Meet required sales quotas and membership goals by applying Sales Techniques & Superior Customer Service
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
• Call Leads Lists Daily and Follow Up with phone calls, texts, and email
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Utilizing Training Manuals, Online Education Center, Staff and other Resources appropriately to stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.
• Handle the occasional upset patient with empathy, problem solving and a win-win attitude.
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
• Office management or sales/marketing experience is a plus!
• Willingness to participate in photography and video for Social Media Presentations of Clinic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
