We are looking for the best "Front Team" in Colorado!

Our Zip Office Team takes care of incoming calls & reservations, check-ins. selling tours, group tours, answering questions, marketing, flyers, e-mail blasts, photograph selling, keeping a clean environment, and other office duties.

The perfect team member:

-ready & willing to assist our guests

-clean cut with clean uniform

-smiles and greets everyone

-upbeat and happy

-keeps a clean & tidy office

-comfortable answering phones

-proficient in computers ( scheduling, e-mailing, marketing )

-proficient in marketing applications/programs

-knowledge of the Vail Valley

-has previous front desk/reservations/concierge experience

-reports to work with a positive attitude

-works well with other staff members & works well alone

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
• working with others: 1 year (Preferred)
• Answering Phones: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
