Established Music & Acting Academy seeks experienced Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a growing enrollment. Position offers competitive pay coupled with continued professional development in a friendly and fast paced work environment.

Job Critical Actions:

• Smile & greet customers by name ( customer service )
• Schedule and sell lessons
• Administrative work
• Keep academy looking beautiful

Details:

A successful candidate will serve as the “face” of the Academy for all who who enter the building or call with questions.

Major duties will consist of sales and registering new students, scheduling students for lessons, administration of documents and opening/closing facility.
