Brookwood Dental Care in Birmingham, AL is searching for a Front Office Assistant who will have one of the most important roles in the office - the face and smile of our practice. As a Front Office Assistant, you will be able to focus your time on providing the very best patient attention in a compassionate environment. A candidate with A/R experience is highly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collecting patient payment
  • Scheduling procedures for clinical visits
  • Greeting patients with a smile as they arrive for their appointment
  • Answering calls promptly
  • Enjoy interacting with patients and working in a team environment
  • The ability to stay organized while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Focused on details
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer focused experience
  • 2+ years of receptionist experience is highly desired
  • 1+ years of accounts receivable (A/R) experience is required
