Retina practice seeks motivated individual for a Full time Front Desk / Administration position. Pay $13-18/HR Depending on Experience.

Would prefer to have someone with prior experience checking in patients, verifying and understanding insurance benefits, and collecting co-pays and/or coinsurance/deductibles and scheduling.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, greeting patients in a friendly/caring manor, filing, scheduling, charting for upcoming clinics, communication of patient via text, email and phone and collections of copays and balances.

Applicants must have:

• Excellenent computer experience (word, excel) . Athena Health practice management is a big plus

• Flexible work schedule, ability to multi-task and work independently.

• Be able to work in a professional environment, as a team player.

• A personable personality
