ZIPS Dry Cleaners in Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 is seeking a hard working and reliable Front Counter Associate.
Hours: Variable. Store open Monday – Friday 7am -7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm. Closed Sundays
Duties Include:
- Providing great customer service
- Processing customer orders for drop off and pick up
- Tagging clothes prior to cleaning
- Assigning clothes for pick up
- Answering the phone
- Maintaining ZIPS procedures and standards
Job Requirements:
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Detail oriented
- English Speaking – Good communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Basic keyboarding skill
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
