JOB PURPOSE

Provide complete event support for remote operations but inputting Football plays into a customized scoring application. Collaborate with both office staff and on-site clients to deliver an outstanding product while providing excellent customer service.

This is a seasonal, part-time position. Candidates need to be available on nights and weekends in conjunction with their team's schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Enter Football stats quickly and efficiently
• Enhance product value through product knowledge and advanced communication with clients
• Troubleshoot equipment and software on site
• Ability to understand and communicate football plays
• A strong comprehension of the positions, rules, and statistics of football
• Communicate needs and wants of clients with SMT
• Help create post-event reports for each football game
• Assist with on-site testing and problem diagnosis
• Complete Certification Training program for Stat entry
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to read and review documentation
• Ability to listen and participate in weekly meetings
• Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years Statistician experience preferred
• Football playing or coaching experience preferred
• Computer Science, Sports Management, Television Production, Communication Studies, or related major preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Computer system, software, and Windows competency required
• Knowledge of Football rules and terminology required.
• Statistical knowledge preferred
