Established in 1911, Dreisbach Wholesale Florist, Inc. is the leading local distributor of fresh cut flowers, potted plants, and floral supply merchandise. We proudly serve and supply retail merchants, designers, and special event companies located within Charleston and the surrounding areas.

Our Elite Team of Delivery Drivers service and support our business customers by way of:

• Daily Order Fulfillment: select, pack, and prepare floral products scheduled for delivery
• Load & Unload shipments onto assigned delivery vehicle
• Transport products along designated route in a safe & efficient manner
• Process and maintain all paperwork associated with the Deliveries (Proof of Delivery Authorization, Collections, Credits, & Delivery Log)
• Performing miscellaneous work assignments within the facility, as needed.

Requirements &Skills desired:

• A Valid/Active Driver's License, with an excellent driving record (age 21+)
• 2 Years Similar Work experience, including Delivery Driving experience
• The ability to Safely drive and operate a Company vehicle (Ford Transit or Chevy cargo van)
• The ability to manually lift/move up to 50lbs of weight on a regular basis
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Accurate & detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Physical movements generally include lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying, balancing, grasping, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and prolonged sitting/standing. Must be able to move continuously throughout the day.

Work Hours:

The typical work schedule is 6:30AM-3PM(+/-) Mon-Fri & 6:30AM-10AM(+/-) on alternating Saturdays. Additional hours may be required during holidays and busy seasons.
